The owner, Mitchell, took my personal watercraft to his shop to assess damage/fix my jetski after it was involved in an accident.
Several weeks later he calls me and lets me know it is completely totalled, and destroyed beyond repair. He offers me 2,000 for the jetski parts, which I agree to. (This jetski cost me 12500 new, and at the time it was damaged, had only 6 hours of use on it!)
Low and behold, it's been over a year and Mitchell has not paid me my money! Every time I call him, he either puts me on hold, or hangs up on me. Please avoid him at all costs!
I am now having to contact an attorney regarding this matter.
