Eigth months ago we bought the ultra pure water filter from them. They told us the filters inside would last us 18 months for a family our size, but only cost about $20. Eight months later a filter goes out, we call them and tell them we have a defective filter and they tell us they only have 3 month warranty and i have to pay about $250 for one of the replacement filters inside of it. There is 5 individual filters inside of it. So imagine how much it will cost if they all go bad in under a year every year.
