This company EMPIRESTYLE BERLIN made a fraudulent charge to my bank debit card for the amount of $351.98 on 12/12/09. Checking my account that evening and realized the fraud was still in pending mode. I immediately contacted BOA to report this and said they would cancel the card and to call back Monday to fill out a report. They said this transaction occurred around 8:00PM I realized it around 10:00pm the same evining on 12/12.
