I haved been taken by this so called company too. They stole 411.99 plus 12.99 from my debit account in 2009. I have been trying ever since to get the Federal Trade Commission to help me but so far they have done nothing. They advertise that they will help you, but they do nothing. I also tried to get my bank to help me, Regions Bank, they also would do nothing. They did not even believe me.
What I did find out though, was they are a consignment retailer on the Amazon.com site. I even tried to get Amazon.com to help me, they made this whole grand statement that they do not allow things like this to go on and they would do all they could to check into it. They did nothing also. These low lifes have to be stopped. No wonder all this identity theft and stealing money keeps going on, we can't get anyone to help us when it does.
I live on social security disability and I cannot afford to have this kind of money taken out of my account. I don't know what they sell and I sure never got anything for spending that kind of money.
I am tired of it and I am not going to just sit back and let it go on.
