They took my money and totally forgot about me. Did not fulfill promise

About five months ago, Steve Miller (CNC Timeshares) would call me every week trying to convince me to let him sell my timeshare. About four months ago, (7/24/09) I paid him to sell my timeshare. He promised it would sell in three to 4 weeks.in the meantime he promised he would call me to let me know how the process was going. Neither he nor anyone on the company called me. Not even one time. On 12/2/09, Steve Miller called me to see if I still wanted to sell my timeshare. He had totally forgotten that he had taken my money and had promise to follow up with me. He lied because he did not call me at all, and he did not follow up with the selling of my timeshare. When I told him that I had already signed up with them, he was speechless for a moment, then asked me if I had a contract with them. He had no clue! I got very mad and started asking him why he had lied to me. Then he verified, then he said he would have customer service call me for an update. I kept asking him about his promises, and he hung up on me. Its been 7 days and no one from CNC has contacted me, which means they are all lying. They are all a bunch of liars. I will call to see if any manager will give me an explanation. I spoke to a Dave Marshall who said Steve had not been working with them for a while and that he has just returned. He said my timeshare was overpriced. I told him that Steve was the one who suggested that price, and that I did not mind selling it at a lower price. He said someone would call me but no one has yet. Any way, it seems that they made no effort to sell my timeshare as they promised.

To me this is a total rip-off: as soon as they got my money. They forgot about me. Five months have passed and I have not received any calls or offers.

Will call them tomorrow to speak with a manager for a refund.
