Knowing my position was ending, I sought a career change and potential relocation. Telemarketer Emily Entress was adamant that she could find dream jobs for me and my husband. Since we are both college educated and we each have more than 20 years experience, we believed we were attractive candidates who only needed help targeting the correct careers and firms.
After paying CSI $3400, we found that career testing (advertised on CSI's website as part of the package, and important to our purchase decision) was non-existent. Their "certified" writer (Rob Swanson) could not spell, punctuate or write grammatically, and had a penchant for over-the-top prose, requiring multiple revisions. I subsequently discovered that I am unqualified for the career objective CSI dreamed up. Non-compelling letters highlighting inappropriate job objectives sent to random recipients garnered no results. [continued below]...
