In October I purchased a travel crib from Happybabystore.com for $250.00usd to be shipped Canada. After 6 weeks I was able to contact Bob Gates at ANZ Group who agreed to credit my Visa. As I write this nearly two months later I have not received either the credit or the crib. Emails requesting an update go unanswered as do messages left on their answering machine. I have filed a complaint with the New Jersey Better Business Bureau and Visa fraud dept.
Happybabystore claims to provide great customer service: LIE. I rarely have been able to call and have someone actually pick up the phone.
Happybabystore claims their philosophy is to make every customer a Happy Customer and a Repeat Customer: another LIE. Why would I ever do business with a group that is long on promises but short on delivery.
Do yourself a favor and steer clear from these crooks.
