The owner of the company is a family member of mine that borrowed money from me with a promise to pay it back. It has been almost a year with no efforts made to pay me. He has not followed up on any portion of his promise and continues to avoid making any effort to re-pay his debt. The total loan was 6000.00 and has been outstanding for more than 6 months.
This individual gives the impression that he is doing thousands of dollars of work for less than what should be charged, yet does not follow through on his obligations. He has left work unfinished and debts unpaid.
