We had our 800 service with ExpressTel. A year or so ago they were taken over by UCN which does business under a bunch of names. It's now calling itself InTouch. Their rates have increased 5 times over our original our phone bill, while other companies are dropping phone costs drastically. I spent years on Wall Street and this company appears to be a classic pump and dump stock scam working under the symbol SAAS. I will be demanding a significant refund in fees. They of course have paid off the BBB for a good rating even though they are drowning in complaints.
