Bizzingo and their owners, officers and consultants are apparently involved in another pump and dump fraud. Doug Toth, the CEO of Bizzingo, Nick (Nicholas) Thompson, an owner and paid consultant and a major owner Gordon Brent Pierce of Canada have been involved in a classic pump and dump scheme with Bizzingo ticker symbol bizz for close to a year now.
The fraud is not the first time these individuals have been involved with securities complaints. Google Nick Thompson fraud, Gordon Brent Pierce and Doug Toth SEC. Gordon Brent Pierce is currently under investigation for years of this behavior. Nick (Nicholas) Thompson is barred from transactions with broker dealers. Nick Thompson has been working with brokers on all of the finances with Bizzingo through his old time buddy Willam (Bill) Schloth.
There are a group of investors that have been burned by the recent pump and dump activities of Bizzingo and their group. We expect a major class action suit to be filed shortly with complaints to FINRA and the SEC.
