This company did not ship my order for almost a month and refused to answer my emails regarding my order (they have a return policy that you have to return items within 30 days of ORDER date—how convenient). I asked to cancel my order and suddenly there was a response to my email— some lame excuse as to why it hadn't shipped. Then it shipped within a few days.

I receive the order—they sent the wrong size so I return the order. I have been waiting to have my account credited for well over a month now. There are no responses to numerous emails to customer service. Finally, two weeks ago, I did get a response, after I told them that I was going to file a consumer complaints and that I wasn't the only one. They gave a new lame excuse—they were changing warehouses or something like that—and my account had been credited. It still hasn't been credited and, once again, they refuse to respond to emails. They have my money and my merchandise! Big profit, big scam!
