I bought Epil Stop from Kohls in New Jersey. Came back to Canada and kept the product for a while before using it a few weeks later. Did a patch test and used it well under the product guidelines for under 4 minutes. Then tried it on my face and well under 4 minutes, about 5 minutes wiped product off it cut right through my skin; causing ulceration, bleeding and severe pain, disfiguring my face.
Causing me to lose time off work and cancel many appointments and hide for about a week. It has left discolouration and permanent scaring of my face. Lower chin and upper chin. The area is still sensitive and the skin that was ripped off was a deep layer of skin. So those patches are not healed properly. I would like to write to this company but do not have their address and would like to sue them for permanent disfiguration. It is a very dangerous product and customers should be warned. IF THERE IS A CLASS ACTION I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW AND WOULD LIKE TO JOIN THAT CLASS ACTION TO SUE this vandals.
