I have been watching the Epil Stop infomercials for quite some time. One day while shopping at Target I saw the Epil Stop Citrus box on the shelf and so I decided to give it a try and so I bought it.
I got it home, washed the areas where I was going to apply the product which was my upper lip and my legs. I tried a small patch on my leg and it seemed to take around 15 to 20 minutes before the hair was removed from that spot. I figured I can wait that long and it didn't cause any damage so I decided to do both my legs.
I then applied the product from the spray bottle to my legs and then got the roll on and applied it to my lip. Well, within 30 seconds or so the left side of my upper lip started burning, I mean really hurting so I got a damp wash cloth, wiped it and not only did the product wipe away but my skin as well. It was so fried!
I was so angry with the product that I immediately took it back to Target for a refund but due to this horrible, horrible, product I now have a dark, circle like scar on my face and that will remain there for the rest of my life!!! Igia, your commercials are advertising false information about this product.
You need to be honest with the customers and tell them the truth... That the roll on will burn you and the spray takes a long time to work and immediately the next day you grow stubble!!! False advertising!!! Ruining peoples lives...
