I purchased flowers from Talvy florists in Ashland Massachusetts. I did this online. I used a credit card that very rarely is used. I have only made three purchases on it. Talvey florists asked me for my email address, home address and phone number when I purchased online. A month later I received three emails confirming purchases from FTD. I was told that my orders were being shipped. I contacted them and told them that I did not order anything from FTD. They asked me my email info and phone number which matched. The shipping address did not match. They sent these gifts in my name to a different address. I told them that this was fraud and they agreed but would not provide me with any details. I told them that it was not good enough and that we neede to get to the bottom of this. They told me to fight it out with my bank. I went to the bank and it went into investigations. After doing my research online I have found out that FTD does this all the time. After a purchase some crook in their company steals the customer information and buys gifts for their friends. I called FTD and told them of this and they denied everything. That is what they do. They cheat, they lie and they will not come clean. When I called Talvy Florists to complain they told me that their online business id FTD and that I should take it up with them. I did and got no where. Close to 400.00 was charged to my account and as I stated before, I very rarely use this account. FTD will not take resposibility for their crooked and dishonest staff who steal customer credit card information.
