I went into the Casa Grande store, first I was greeted by the horrendous cloud of smoke that greets you at the door before you walk in because the employees smoke outside, I saw kevin and another woman standing outside and smoking.
Upon walking in I went directly to the heavier set mexican man standing there, I didnt catch his name but he was helping a customer I stood behind 2 other customers who had been there from what they said 10 min before I waked in, I waited in line for about another 15-20 min then became frustrated. I went outside and asked if there was anyone else working or if there was a manager on duty, I was shocked and horrified when "Kevin" said he was the manager there (Wow).. And how could he help me (after about 30 min of him standing outside mind you, with only one employee inside)
He then began to help me deal with a charge on my account from a third party. * some how, my daughter has texted one of those MTV text things and was being charged for it. He stank of ciggerttes I had to hold my breath. He called someone and I waited on the phone for an additional 30 min, A few other customers had trickeled in by then and Kevin was helping them leaving me to fend for myself. Just HORRIBLE customer service skills. I asked him to help me, he didnt really care to and walked to the back on his phone.
Needless to say I was better off taking care of the matter at home, when I googled the company to contact his manager, i wasn't suprised that that Casa Grande store popped up on her before. I think the company heads should take a considerable look at what is going on in this store. I will never again go in this store nor will i recommend this store to friends or family.
My experiance was so horrible I am currently writing a letter to the editor in Casa Grande. Be fore-warned go to the Yakkity - Yak in town or corporate.
