The website stated the item I ordered was in stock and would ship in 24 to48 hours.
15 DAYS later, I've just canceled my order. I was never notified by the company that there was any problem. When I emailed and asked, I was told the item was back ordered. Even with that, I had to return to Foto Connection's site to find a reply. The email I got said nothing.
When I ordered, the website said it was IN stock and would ship in 24 to 48 hours. Testimonials made me believe the service was good.
It was about as bad as it gets.
I'm currently looking for consumer web sites to post my bad experience to.
