We found this company when we were looking for help dealing with our servicer who kept losing our documents we would fax over, they said they had it and then the next time you call and get another rep they said they did not have it and this was every time we called and we were also getting default notices so after reading hundreds of horror stories on the web we thought we needed help even though we were in a trial period, we fill out a form on Foreclosure fish and got a reply by email from Darlene Franklin of DAC, she told us they for sure could get our modification completed sign from the lender,
she also was telling us to fall behind on our payments. Which we questioned and had no intention of doing, after she pressured us for an answer we agreed since it was a money back deal, she emailed us the contract while on the phone directing us to the place to sign the contract (two) a and b, she said $1400 up front not telling us if they did get the modification 1400 more would be due, After months of trying to find out what they were doing for us in Nov when I asked how much work they were doing for my 1400, Andy La Salle our negotiator told us the first 1400 was for a forensic audit and not refundable, I was ready to blow, how could they do this with out our original loan documents, and what was he using for leverage, I asked him this and could never get an answer, I asked do you want them now? No reply,
in fact I could never get a phone call back, just vague e mails, he did call my wife telling her" tell your husband not to worry, and please quit sending emails to me and my boss (Evan Davidson) I can't spend time with reading e mails it is keeping me from working on your modification, I promise you won't lose your home" I read the reports here and asked him about it in a email, he said it is just a fired employee grinding an axe, I knew this was going to turn out bad, I should have not listened to him and began filling complaints with the our state and FTC, and complain on the web, I guess I thought that if for some reason they were doing something on the modification my complaints would nulify the guarantee to get some money back, But last thursday we got a call from our servicer which we answered, even though we were told by Andy not to have any contact with them or it would interfere with his progress, Enough nonsence, They told us they still needed profit and loss and bank account info,
According to Andy from his last contact two weeks earlier they had everything they needed and we were getting a modification within a few days, by the way Nov 30th is our deadline to get all the docs to our sevicer or the will take back the trial and lose the modification, after hearing this from the person working on our modification, I tried calling emailing and faxing Andy, no reply, Finally I did it myself and faxed it, and our servicer says nothing has been updated on the computer to say they received it. I am praying for them to acknowledge they have it. And now I find out my gut feeling was right, they are as low as humans can go, two legged parasites preying on peoples misfortunes. Hoping they have enough assets frozen to get our and other victims money back, thenget them rooms in jail.
