I purchased two pair of jeans for my daughter. Both jeans had tags on them I went to return them on Dec. 26th and was informed by male supervisor. I needed a receipt to return them. After finding the receipt the next day I took my daughter there to exchange the jeans. They simply said no returns or exchanges and waked away. I asked to speak with the male supevisor and a female said she was the supervisor and that the receipt was stamped no refunds or exchanges. I explained she stamped this after the sale was finalized and I asked and she said I could exchange them. The receipt also has printed on it that refunds and exchanges are given with tags on merchandise and receipts. So therefore, the receipt has two different statements. She then called mall security on me. 2 security officers came and listened to my story and asked me to leave and said file a complaint. This was avery embarrassing and humiliating experience. I have never had such a thing happen.
