I enter to win a dell laptop had to accept 2 offers canceled order the following day this company continued to charged my credi card i can no longer find contact they charged$116.85 to my card

I entered a survey that required me to accept 2 offers i canceled the next day the company assured me i was canceled. They continued to charge my account i have not been able to cntact them. They charged my account $116.85 i have none of their teas.
