Verizon Phone
Verizon lied and was not up front about charges

Had spoke to verizon about terminating my phone service because i had changed my internet service, to where i did not need a phone any linger. I was told that for a reduction of 16.00 a month i could keep my service only i would not have a few perks. No one told me that if i used my phone service a charge would be for every minute i used it on top of the monthly charge. Then to top it off they quite sending me through my e-mail charges each month. To run up the bill. Had been a customer for 8 years pryor to this, great customer loyalty. Kings of the rip off
