Had spoke to Verizon about terminating my phone service because I had changed my internet service, to where I did not need a phone any longer. I was told that for a reduction of 16.00 a month I could keep my service only I would not have a few perks. No one told me that if I used my phone service a charge would be for every minute I used it on top of the monthly charge. Then to top it off they quite sending me through my e-mail charges each month. To run up the bill. Had been a customer for 8 years prior to this, great customer loyalty. Kings of the rip off
