Coast City Styles, a subsidiary of Treeslothsales, puts on a good front of being a legitimate company worthy of doing business with. However, After my experience I would warn anyone in purchasing anything from them.
I purchased two shirts for around $40, after which I received the wrong items. After contacting them to see about correcting the issue they said to return the shirts 1st class mail and they would send out the correct merchandise. The items were unopened and sealed within the original plastic sleeve. The package was mailed out 1st class mail with confirmation that it was received. After this return coast city styles has yet to respond to any email or phone communication with me.
I have sent out numerous emails and phone messages only received by empty silence and a stark realization I had been ripped off by another shady internet store. I realize now I will never get my money back or receive my merchandise. With little left to do I feel obligated to submit this report to hopefully deter anyone who may come across this company.
