Bought a mattress from Puyallup location, bed dips where we sleep after only 3 weeks, more uncomfortable than old bed of 15 years! Don't trust to exchange for another bed from them so just wanted my money back, was told too bad, not their policy.
Asked them to make an exception in the name of good customer service because we bought another bed from a company that does offer refunds within 30 days, not just exchange. Was told by Bob Schraeder, the south end regional manager for Washington state, he will absolutely not authorize a refund and I signed the sales contract so I'm stuck with it.
I even threatened to report them to the BBB and file in small claims court, he told me go right ahead and waste my money, the court would back him up! What an A*hole! I guess you get what you pay for, discounted beds because its discounted quality and absolutely no customer service!
When I bought the bed, I specified firm and not hot because I sweat. Was directed to a bed that sinks in because its so soft and I sweat like I'm sleeping in 120 degree heat with 100% humidity!
