I spent two years being given the run-around by Scott Fellini, Vin Urgola (Vinny), Barbara Burke and other people at Practical Enterprises. They completely ripped me off, taking almost $11,000 up front. After two years of excuses and missed deadlines they finally delivered my "product." It was nothing more than an existing item purchased from the dollar store with something sewn onto the end. What a joke! And then they wanted to get more money out of me! They wasted two years of my time and tons of lost opportunity cost. I spent six months fighting them, got an attorney involved, threatened to get the Attorney General's office involved - and in the end they refunded my money.
I think the company has gone out of business (their website is no longer up, and the phone does not work), but I believe Scott Fellini is now doing business as American Ingenuity Products. I do not have this confirmed, but his name shows up as connected to this company. To his credit, he finally refunded my money and supposedly fired the "rogue employee" they claimed caused all the problems, but they completely mismanaged the project from start to finish. I would not recommend Practical Enterprises, Scott Fellini, or Vinny Urgola to anyone.
