I had purchased Garnier Herbashine color creme with Bamboo extract, so when I set everything up and read the directions I proceeded to color my hair however their was something definently wrong, already having the dye on my head it was like a mud substance and my hair already started to break off in clumps, my hair was healthy and past my shoulders, I had gone to the salon to cut off the damaged hair and they had to cut my hair so short and it is still breaking off, I am getting married Sept. 27, and I was excited to have my hair done by a professional having my long hair in a beautiful bun and long wisps under my veil, heartbroken and sick over what this product has damaged my hair to this extent, have been talking to an agent from Garnier has been very frustrating, what to do! No amount of money can fix my damaged hair so I am putting my wedding off, which breaks my heart!
