He will rip you off for as much money as he can get away with. Get ready to bend over. He will lie and tell you anything to get your business. He does not keep his word. He will bid your job and change the scope of work at the last minute without telling you. He will avoid you and doesn't answer his phone when he knows he's been caught in his lies. He also thinks it's ok to drain your pool and waste 50,000 gallons of water so he makes a bigger profit off his already overpriced proposal.
