John Kelly was hired to put a new inground pool, The pool had to be redone due to the fact he stated it was not his best. The second one was worst than the first after paying him thousands of dollars and he also did not furnish all the equipment he stated on our contract. This man also is operating without a license and no workmens comp for his workers. He is furnishing falsified information on his license and not disclosing the truth on his contracts. His work is horrible and he is not furnishing the products he claims to supply on the agreement. The second pool cannot hold water and has damaged my property with dirt piles everywhere and pool supplies, pipes, wires, and broken cement pavers everywhere. When confronted with the second completion I was told by him tough luck and he was not returning.
