Ripoff victimized many consumers

I have always enjoyed ordering from the Newport News catalog until about a year ago when I had to call FCNB because I was late with a payment.

Then the many charges began and even though I would call and think that things were handled, I would receive more charges

Now my minimum payment is $300 and last month when I was called I was told that I could pay $60 (that's what was due)

I think they need to take a good look at the late charges and overdraft charges of all their accounts and they will see a real pattern has developed... One of unjust and unfair treatment of their customers
