I ordered 3 items and paid the total bill including shipping at the time I ordered. This was 2 months ago.
I received 2 items and the 3rd was crossed off the invoice. I called the company to find out about the other item. It went straight to their voice mail. I left a message to call me. No response from them.
I have sent 4 emails in the 2 months. No response back.
They have not refunded the amount of the item that was not received.
