Platinum one investments, inc is a scam, fraud, and ripoff. D'shaun carter/derric carter/laderric carter or whatever else he goes by is a scammer in every sense of the word. My husband and i enlisted his services to buy our second home. We gave him the specifics of what we were looking for and he asked for a finder's fee/deposit upfront of $1200 which we gave him. He then emailed us photos of houses in delapidated neighborhoods that were nothing like we told him we were looking for. After a couple of days we didn't hear from him at all. After numerous emails, phone calls, and letters we still received no response. He basically bailed on us and left us with no house and out of $1200. Stay far far far away from this scammer!!!
