Merchandise not delivered

I requested a Disney DVD selection from www.store2c.com and compensated through Paypal. The purchase never got shipped, it is a man in China conning people. He's a telephone number, chat and 2 e-mail addresses shown on the webpage, he never responded my emails, did not react to talk, telephone concept is in oriental, nobody accumulates.

Watch out for Netstore or www.store2c.com!!!
