This so-called higher class employment service agency claims to find you a perfect job fit if you are a seasoned professional. However, they have you sign a document when you sign up for them to find you a job, that says if you do not complete an assignment they have the right to revert your pay to minimum wage. They sent me on a horrible assignment with a first-time manager and I stayed two weeks. I did a phenomenal job under the circumstances but one day was called in by the manager and reemed a new one. I had had it. I had spoken to Linda Clinard, the manager, at Staffing Now numerous times since I had started the assignment letting her know exactly what was going on and how unhappy I was. She said I could leave if I wanted to but that the client liked me and had created a temporary agreement just for me and that if I left Staffing Now would lose the contract.
