Do not ever get a capital one credit card. They do not assist in any way during any type of dispute. They charge $59.00 per year for the card and when you try to cancel it becomes truly difficult to get through and they tell you it will hurt your credit score, which is probably true. So you are stuck paying the fee every year for a card that provides the worst customer assistance. They outsource through india which is a problem with language barriers and long wait times. If you want to try to get through to the corporate office in the states they can not connect you or provide numbers. One can only fax corporate or mail to corporate any complaints. They are even heisitant to give you the fax number.??
