Harrassing redundant phone calls to close out work orders and delay in payment processing

I have worked for Barrister for about 6 months. They are suppose to post work orders (WO) through email then accept calls for the assignment of those WO's.instead, they assign those to whomever they choose prior to email posting, much like a bait and switch operation.

When I recieved and completed a WO they would continue to contact me everyday stating that the information was not complete and they couldn't close out the ticket. I had kept meticulous notes on each WO as to who, time & date, and what was done, yet still couldn't get these closed out to get paid.

I would not be paid for WO's for about 6 weeks instead of the 2-3 week documented time period.

The real kicker is that during a service call, if technical support is needed, there exists between 45-120 minutes of wait time for support to answer the phone! Some service calls require tech support to clear me off the call. Excuses were pampant for the delays: however even the clients were disgusted with the wait times to call in their warrenty requests.

This company requires the technician to pay to work with their time, then is slow to pay on time. They clearly play games with closing out the WO's to slow the reimbursement process. Looks like they have some serious cashflow issues, not to mention management incompetence.
