Id like to address some the negative postings on this site. It is correct; Commercial Property Consultants (CPC) did have some problems and is now out of business. It is INCORRECT that National Asset Partners (NAP) was formed and changed their name to shield themselves from numerous lawsuits. That is absolutely NOT true. NAP is a cost segregation firm only. They do not sell licenses or business opportunities. CPC simply outsourced their work to NAP. That is the only connection. A lot of the good employees from CPC did get jobs with NAP. I worked with CPC as a CPC Affiliate and am now doing business with NAP as an independent business (which is exactly how I set up my affiliation with CPC), so I know the truth. I have seen all the documents proving exactly what I am stating. NAP has an internal engineering team that I think is 2nd to none (Have any of you worked with them - I have and it was a true pleasure).
