SterlingPointSystems of Phoenix AZ is a successor to Commercial Property Consultants LLC and National Asset Partners (also of Phoenix), which were promoted by Scott Sandler to sell franchises the right to sell cost segregation services under commission, but took the franchisees' $ (tens of thousands of $ each), didn't provide the services under the franchise contracts, and then closed taking the franchisees $. SterlingPointSystems is no longer answering their phones or emails, as occurred for CPC and NAP. Other key players in the misrepresentations and fraud at CPC include William Stredney, Natalie Goodin, John Murphy, and Shawna Shields.
Former CPC and NAP management have recently set up Asset MACRS of Phoenix to sell cost segregation services. Shawna Shields is a principle in Asset Partners. (Her LinkIn profile doesn't mention her previous work at CPC.)
These type of firms are formed in AZ for a reason. Complaints have been filed with the AZ Attorney General on the fraudulent practices described above, but thus far the AZ AG has turned a blind eye. Accordingly, AZ is a dangerous place for franchisees.
