Blockbuster gave my account number to a person with a name similar to mine, this person rented over 3,000 $ in merchandise never returned it. At first they apologized to me and said they would fix everything, I started getting collection letters so I called the D. M in my area B Stifanos said he would fix everything he just needed some time.
3 months went by still kept getting those letters I called him he said he could not help me because they were making sure it was not me, I asked him for a different contact would not give it to me.
I called an attorney who said wait to see if they are going to come after you. I wrote the corp office a letter no response i called B again did not return my called and he changed his number. Contacted through E mail they responded saying someone would contact me nobody called. These incompetent bastards just didn't care about my situation and never responded to their mistake, there is no corporate office number that i can call.
