For 5 years i advertised with citysearch and paid $59.95 per month. Then I recieved a bill one month for $179.00, i thought it was a mistake and went online to the site and saw that no changes had been made i called the site but the phone numbers attached to the site, you cannot get through. So i let it go and didn't recieve a bill for 4 more months. Then i got a bill for $775.00. After finally getting through to someone they claim they sent me an email that the site minimums had changed and from $59.95 it went to $150 and i was past due. I told them not only didn't i get the email but after 5 years of always paying on time how come no one contacted me when i was not only 1 month late but 5 months late, they had no answers and claimed i owed the money. I immeditaley canceled my account and filed a claim with the BBB. Now i recieved a bill for $977.00. Again no one answers their phones and I don't know what to do. Obviously i am not paying this bill, however i am nervous it will keep mounting and i can't get through to anyone.
