I delivered a contact towards the customer services division on 8/24/09. Got instant automated "got your mail" reaction in the division saying I'd be approached. Not really a term since. Named many times to acquire a mailing address to deliver my criticism to. No such luck. Was on-hold for more than 20 units, subsequently chose to abandon concept and was disconnected. It got another five minutes before I had been ready to depart my concept. Which was 4 days before... No reaction. I want anyone to contact me possibly by telephone or e-mail... At this time, I merely need your mailing address... Can not appear to think it is in your site... I wonder why that's???
