800-356-3025 I requested a solar-heating package from their site on 5-10-06. A few times later I obtained a contact saying the add-on solar power panels were backordered. I sent them back and requested them-not deliver until total, while there is no choice after I purchased anyhow. I attempted to contact their organization many times and may not get through, resting on-hold for an hour or so
Once. And so I kept mailing. I eventually got a contact from the woman who chewed
Me out for contacting and stated I ought to have named
However they could keep it.
Effectively they delivered merely the package. Effectively the package has a 4x20 Solar
Cell, (each extra solar panel expenses $200) the package
Costs $259. They delivered the package with no solar power.
I've been about the telephone for an hour or so together, transferred three times plus they delivered the package and also the solar power panels are backordered. They say I will return it. I expected to get a Supervisor or Boss they left me in a voice-mail that I attempted to depart a note in also it disconnected me and stated "no concept noted call-back later". Really annoying! The corporation delivered $50 of product and billed me $327.01 for this. Seems illegal. I'll be processing grievances everywhere I will and make an effort to return it. I'd suggest to anybody who's hearing don't purchase out of this organization they're REALLY SHADY!
