I too have had issues with them. I actually was just searching out of curiosity because I am going to be going filing a court claim to deal with my issue. I used to be a vendor on CoutureCandy.com and LabelSpree.com since 2006. They always paid the first couple years but now owe me almost 1400.00 in commision and will not return my calls. They kept e mailing me about puting older items on sale. I agreed as I did every time before and also noted that we wanted to send new items but are over due for our commision check. Every time... No response and nothing was put on sale.?? Finally in June I received the SAME e mail I received before, and again had the same response. They immediately closed our account without notice. I was unable to log in and they will not pay what is owed for orders I made and sent out.
Luckily I have most of my vendor order information, which they probably don't think I have. I am just HIGHLY annoyed because I am not one of their regular medium to large sized companies. I actually work full time and made every single dress that their customers ordered. I payed for the fabric. I got stuck paying for all the shipping. They are CROOKS! Basicly they kept about 3000.00 for doing nothing but e mailing me that I had an order. I sewed and sent out almost 3000.00 in dresses and never received my little 1400.00 check. My lawyer sent a legal letter and they never responded. I've had a few friends that work as reps in the fashion industry tell me that Eric Jones the CEO has contacted their companies to sell on CoutureCandy and my friends already know how things went with them. So slowly word is getting around.
Any info I can share is I know Mathew Hunter and Eric Jones are the owners / partners. And Luxury Apparel Group is the umbrella company. Good luck getting a hold of them. I would really suggest just suing. I am searching more complaints and sharing this with EVERYONE.
