We were on vacation in Clearwater Florida, and bought some items from a shop called Celebrity Gifts on Mandalay Ave. They offered to ship the items to our address in Kansas so we wouldn't have to carry them on the airline. That was on Aug. 1st. It has been 45 days, and we have not received anything. I have called the store once or twice a week since then to check on the status of my shipment. They refused to let me speak with the manager when I asked to, and when I asked for the tracking number, they claimed that they lost it. I told them to either ship me my stuff, or give me my money back. They said they don't do any refunds or exchanges.
