Verizon billed my account $160 for a single call I never made

Verizon billed my account $160 for a single call (35 minutes) to the United Arab Emirates.
I never made (nor anyone in my household) this call.
We don't know anyone in that part of the world.
I called customer support and in a very rude way told me that they will not reduce or remove the charge from my account.
Every month there are little charges for one thing or another, but this time they over did it with this $160 charge for a phone call.
