Cindy Kearney a.K.A. Ann Tanner has scammed dog breeders across the globe for years and years! There is so much we have yet to learn but we are getting emails and phone calls everyday. We have an active private investigator on her case already.
She has many names she uses and many websites she uses. Her basic scam is always the same. She just gets braver and braver as she successfully cheats dog breeders out of puppies and/or money. I hope she saved all that money because lawyers are expensive these days!
