My customary practice is to pay all bills, in full, immediately upon receipt. I did not receive a bill in August. Today I received a bill for purchases at Boscov's including finance charges and a late fee. When I contacted customer service to advise them I had not received a billing invoice, I was told to bring my account up to date before they would consider removing the assessed charges. I notice that this practice was reported in the past, and I do believe I've been the victim of a continuing rip-off. I now intend to cancel my Boscov's charge because of the shady practices of their credit company, Retail Services of Wilmington, Delaware.
