Synergy Direct Response is a Scam!
Attention Loan Officers, Mortgage Companies, Loan Modification Companies. Synergy Direct Response is a Scam. They will promise the world and sell you a boat load of worthless leads.
I am in the mortgage and mortgage modification business and I was told I was purchasing leads of people who were at least 30,60 or 90 days behind on their mortgage. Synergy claims their leads are laser targeted yet I spent $3,000 on these leads and less than 1% of respondence were behind on their mortgage.
