I want to warn people about American Power Vac. The owner Keith doesn't tell anyone the truth and will call and harass you until you make an appointment. His truck is not new it is a 2004 and he does not maintain the equipment on it. If you have a burnt spot on your grass it is because the exhaust tubes were set on the grass instead of the driveway. He might say that he just had a cancellation but that is a lie he doesn't have any appointments so he lies to convince you to make an appointment. He sounds desperate for appointments but he isn't lacking when it comes to money. He has three brand new vehicles and is building a cabin that is over 2000 sq ft. American Power Vac is not family owned and opperated. None of his family works for him like he claims. The only thing he is not lying about is that he has a power vac truck but he only has one. If you want a reputable company that does a good job call Safety King, they have the proper equipment and will do a quality job for the price all other companies in the metro detroit area are a scam.
