I requested a complete-sized futon cover which is no-where near near to a typical full size. I questioned West Elm to deliver a postagepaid return tag (I currently paid $8 to obtain them) plus they declined stating the address just suits THEIR futons - and so I replied that no-where achieved it show that on the internet site and required a tag again. They replied I really could find and return it to some shop... That will be 150 miles away. If it just suits their futon which should have already been published. And that I was okay with breaking the delivery. Such bad support - "look for a shop and tough-luck" was simply the reaction. Until I obtain a return tag, I'll never purchase from their website again, or their parent organization, Williamssonoma.
