I purchased a gown months ago. While it did not appear, I approached the organization. The consultant, Shennea, explained they didn't inform me the gown was sold-out. She'd another gown that she might send me instead. After I informed her the day I required the gown by, she stated she could not have it in my experience over time. The organization might have delivered it Overnight or 2 Day priority email and had it in my experience over time. To create things a whole lot worse, they charged my charge card for that out-of-inventory gown and that I can't-get one to return my mail or telephone call when it comes to why my card was billed and seeking a return. No body actually answers their telephone also it requires atleast twenty four hours for a contact to be delivered - when they actually react.
