Just like the other customer from Clinton township, Michigan, I also had an unpleasant experience with Baby's room. I ordered an Armoir and was told would be in 8-12 weeks, however, 6 months passed and the item was not available. During the 6 months, I was told many excuses regarding the cause of the delay and the blame always went back to the manufacturer. They agreed to remove the delivery charge but unfortunately the delivery never took place. We are in 21st Century and the store still use maual paper work, i.E. No computers, to track their orders. Do your homework by visiting other stores before going to the Baby's room. I canceled the order and refund was made without any hassles.
