Terrible service! - Customer Service

The most horrible service I've ever encountered in my entire life! I ordered furniture and the owner assured me that while they've had delays in the past, that I most likely wouldn't encounter any issues. He told me 6 - 8 weeks. So I placed my order. It has been almost 16 weeks and I still do not have my furniture! Every time I call I am given the run around - told they will call me back, but never do. I finally called the manufacturer directly and they cannot understand why I haven't received my order either since they have full stock of the pieces I've ordered. So USA Baby is LYING to me. They must have never placed my order with the manufacturer until a few weeks ago. Every time I called about it, they LIED. Now they are telling me that the delivery truck is stuck because of bad weather??!! Another lie because the manufacturer told me the shipment with my order hasn't even been sent yet. My last phone call with them, the owner was downright rude. They have never apologized nor done/said anything to reassure me that they are doing everything they can.

I can't believe this store is still in business. I will never purchase another item from them and will never recommend them to anyone.
